Hector J. Bones is a highly accomplished financial professional, entrepreneur, and educator with over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax planning, retirement planning, and holistic financial strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated with honors, and a master’s degree in personal financial planning from Kansas State University. He is also a Registered Financial Planner in the United States.

Hector has worked for major organizations including PwC, Republic Services, and L3Harris Technologies, gaining deep expertise in financial systems, leadership, and business operations. He was the founder of Bones Financial Group, where he offered bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation services for small businesses.

Beyond his corporate and entrepreneurial work, Hector is a prolific creator and educator. He writes children’s books on financial literacy, produces training programs, motivational content, and financial tools, and is passionate about teaching money, leadership, and personal growth. A former United States Marine, he carries the values of honor, discipline, and service into every area of his life.

Hector lives in Orlando, Florida, is married, and has three children. He is driven by a mission to help families, empower entrepreneurs, and build leaders who create impact in their communities.
